Oracle released Siebel CRM 26.9 under Continuous Delivery. The update was GA on September 24, 2026; the official product blog posted on September 29, 2026.

What’s new in 26.9

Resume Capability for Monthly Update Utilities

PostInstallDBSetup and RepositoryUpdate can continue from the last successfully completed logical step after an interruption or failure, instead of restarting from the beginning. That shortens recovery time and maintenance windows when an update is interrupted.

Siebel Communications — TMF Open API Integration

Siebel Communications now supports TM Forum Open API-based integrations for Order-to-Bill and agent-assisted billing care. The framework connects Siebel CRM with Oracle Communications OSM and BRM using TMF 622 (Product Ordering Management) and TMF 666 (Account Management), replacing the prior AIA-based integration path while preserving existing business capabilities. A RepositoryUpdate is required for this feature.
